Free shipping
All our orders include free shipping to the countries available at checkout.
Timeframes
- Order preparation: 2 to 4 business days from payment confirmation.
- Delivery time: 6 to 8 business days from shipment for most destinations.
- In Latin America and remote areas, delivery may take a few extra days.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to high-demand seasons, holidays, or delays caused by the courier or customs.
Tracking
When your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can check its status at any time.
Customs and taxes
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees depending on your country's legislation. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address before finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error, please write to us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before shipping.
Delayed or lost orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of shipment, please contact us. We will investigate the case with the courier and, if the package is deemed lost, we will send a new one or issue a full refund.
