Dermitex is an online store that operates on the Shopify platform. Products are shipped from our partner fulfillment centers.
3. Product use and health notice
- The Dermitex anti-snoring device is intended for habitual snoring. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by a healthcare professional.
- It should not be used to treat sleep apnea. If you suspect you have it, please consult a specialist.
- Do not use if you have a pacemaker or defibrillator, are pregnant, have epilepsy, or if the skin in the area is irritated or wounded. If you have any medical doubts, consult a professional before use.
- Results may vary from person to person.
- Always follow the usage instructions included with the product.
4. Pricing and payments
Prices are shown in your local currency when available, converted from US Dollars (USD) at the current exchange rate; if your currency is not available, they are displayed in USD. Payment is processed in the currency you see at checkout. Your bank may apply its own fees for international purchases. All prices include free shipping. We reserve the right to modify prices and promotions at any time, without this affecting already confirmed orders. Payment is processed securely through the payment providers available at checkout. This is a one-time payment: there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or lack of availability. If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the full amount.
